Banquet Room Policy

1. Minimum of 40 guests required to book Banquet Hall for dinner. A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $50 is required for booking
2. The facility is not considered booked until the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
3. The balance is required before the event is over.
4. The deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable & non-changeable.
5. No charge for kids under 5 years. Over 5 years & under 10 years are charged half price and over 10 years are charged full price.
6. 8.25% sales tax and 15% gratuity is added to the final bill. 5% discount, if paid by cash or check. (Due to credit card processing fees)
7. Pasand assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items, or items left behind.
8. Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited.
9. Absolutely no pushpins or nails allowed on walls or ceiling.
10. Smoking is prohibited in Pasand Banquet Hall.
11. Rowdy behavior or uncontrolled celebration will be cause for immediate eviction. All damage will be charged and billed to the client.
12. Leftover food will not be allowed outside the Banquet Hall.
13. Banquet Hall lunch hours are 11:30 am – 3:30 pm and dinner hours are 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm. (Food serving stops at 10:00 pm) $100.00 per hour will be charged after 11:00 pm.
